Students will choose between a healthy/safe choice or an unhealthy/unsafe choice to reveal each of the costume pieces. With each puzzle solved students will earn a piece of the final costume piece. Once escaped, students will receive a Healthy Choices Bookmark to color as part of this engaging activity.
